美しさって、人や、国や考え方によって大分違うとおもいますが、、

The beauty meen difference the personal,country,mind.

私は、外見はもちろん大切だと思いますが、中味の美しさが出てくるのかなと思います。

I think that looks is important to look beauty,but it has coming from inside!

若い時は、外見ばかり気にしていてたけど、約束だったり、感謝だったり、謝る事だったり。

When I was yang,I was care of my make up and fashions,

Now I think the inportant thing is promise,thank ,and apologize to someone.

日本人は、

人に対する思いやりが深い人が多いです。

There are so many people that can be caring is often.

だから、着物や、浮世絵など美しい物を作れるのかなと、思います。

So I think that Japanese makes Beauty Kimono,Ukiyoe....

water !お水の力

私は、いつも飲むとしたらお水を飲みます。

I choice water,If I drink something.

日本の水道水はカルキや塩素が入ってはいますが、飲むことは出来ます。

We can drink the tap water,Although contains chlorine and bleaching powder.

お風呂から出たら、冷たい水を顔にパッティングや、流してあげると毛穴も引き締まります。

If you get out the bath,putting the face cold water ,Pores are tightened.

お水は、肌にとても役に立つので、温度を変えて使ってみて下さい。

Water are so useful,use them that change temprature!

沢山のお友達がいて、いいお話を聞けました！

There are so many friends,

I can hear the so intererting storys!

イギリスから、ボランティアをしに来た友達は、

旅が好きで、今は日本にいるそう。

The friends of one come from England,

he loves to travel all over the world.

彼は旅行が好きなので、仕事を色々な国で始めたそうです。

He love them,he start new job ,in many country.

色んな経験をした方からアドバイスは、

身体が健康ならば、何もしないなんて罪だよ！

と話してくれました。

He gave us advice,

If you are so healty ,

you shuld do about your dream!
